[Music] Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of the Pixelated Podcast. I am Patrick Greif, your host and today we're going to be talking about leveraging photo booths inside of the real estate marketing ecosystem. So, brief overview here, if you're in real estate, you know that it is a profession, a world ecosystem that is driven heavily on relationships and events and in-person interactions, which make it an ideal spot to be able to leverage something fun, like a photo booth, to help accomplish your goals. So, that's what we're going to talk about today. The goal of these podcasts is not to be the BL end all in top-notch authority piece for photo booths in real estate marketing. If you're interested and you want more ideas, I would suggest sitting over to our blog, we've got a post with a ton of ideas in it. But today's podcast is just going to be kind of a brief recap overview, if you will. So, let's get started. So, again, leveraging photo booth experiences in real estate is a huge opportunity when it comes to marketing. So, whether we're talking about boosting deals, engagement, brand visibility, using your customers as a way to get in front of new potential customers, like it is a huge win-win. So, top of our list, talking about integrating photo booths inside of real estate marketing, is creating a memorable open house experience. So, whether this is a mixed-use real estate open house, whether this is the quaint rancher down the streets that you're just getting your listing going, open houses are a huge part of real estate marketing. And one of the best things that we can do is make sure that we're creating something memorable there during that open house. And a photo booth is a great way to do that. So, when you're using a photo booth inside of your open house, there are so many great fun sticky ways to integrate it, right? So, you know, some of our recommendations are about, you know, like if there's an illusion or printing a backdrop of a great view or something, but like just look at the house, look for the cool features that are there. You know, like, does it have an epic balcony with something amazing in the background? Is there some kind of feature in the kitchen where the wall is just, you know, awesome? Like, use something unique about the home as the background for the photos. And then, not only are you guaranteeing people are going to remember it, but like, they're playing with it, they're seeing it, they're going to be sharing it, they're going to be getting feedback on it, right? Like, use a great photo of a potential buyer on their own social media to let their friends convince them, this is the house for them. So, some other ideas that you can use to integrate into your open house, right? Is there a cool garden, you know, like, is there a like a sweet pool, you know, like, is there a wine cellar? What are the cool features around the house? And find those, focus on those, get a cool photo with them put it in front of them, and you're going to have a ton of photos, you're going to have a lot of memories being captured there. And you are going to have your customers sharing that open house, sharing stuff from that open house, you know, it'll drive more foam home, where people will say, where is this place? Where's it located? So, moving on to step two, community events. So, as so many of our customers here pixelated that are in the real estate space, kind of test to getting your name out there, getting your brand name out there is a huge motivator for helping you find new clients. And a big way to do that is sponsoring community events. So, you know, like, whether it's a play happening at your local school or it's sponsoring a photo kiosk for opening day for the little league baseball team, these are all excellent ways to get your brand leveraged in front of buyers, right? So, you guys know better than anyone else. You're your next client, next week's client is sitting there in their house thinking about selling it or thinking about buying or making a change and they need that advocate. They need to find that person. And the way you do it is by getting out there, shaking hands, kissing babies, and taking selfies. So, leveraging photo booths as sponsorship vehicles inside of community events is a great way to get people out there to get, again, some brand equity, you know, like as families, take photos and share those photos on social. You've got your real estate, companies logo in the lower left hand corner, lower right hand corner, and it's getting you that awareness that's there. So, that's another great idea. Next thing is celebrating buyers. So, this is like table stakes and I feel like we see it a lot in the rental, the apartment rental space, but certainly, right, the key signing. And this happens also over in the automotive space, right? When you have a buyer and they're making a big purchase and it is a big part of their lives, like, celebrate them for it, right? Like, make sure that you've got the broker in the photo, make sure the buyer's in the photo. They're there with their kids and you've just got them in their forever home, like, snap that photo. Like, maybe it's taking place in front of their house, maybe it's not. Maybe there's something cool inside of the real estate office where you're doing the closing, where you guys work to make sure that it's fun and exciting, but also leveraging a little bit of that brand equity. So, let me keep going. Again, if you guys are looking for more ideas, more specific details, I highly recommend you go over and check out the full blog post that we're kind of basing this podcast around. It's a great one and there's lots of details. I'm going to make sure that I put the URL for that blog post in the show notes here. So, if you want to check it out, click on over. But that being said, let me keep going marketing activations. So, right, getting the name out there, again, this isn't so different than we're talking about sponsoring community events, but there are so many things that you can do, right? So, when you're marketing destinations, when you're marketing places, like, do you leverage it with a green screen? Do you figure out some way to have, like, a themed installation, right? Like, as we've seen on some of these other photos, you know, like, if it is in a specific area, right? If it's, well, you know, we're based in Baltimore, but I'm thinking about a nappelist, right? How do we leverage that neighborhood? How do we leverage the trends around that place and bring it inside of that photo experience? So, that way, it makes it relevant. It makes it feels like it's actually tied to the space that people are viewing and it's not just something random. Okay, so we're getting to the end of this, but I want to, I would be a fool to not acknowledge the dual play that happens when you're working with a photo booth inside of your real estate business, right? So, part of it is creating a memorable experience. Part of it is giving your potential clients, your potential buyers and sellers a cool photo to share. The other side of it is that for them to share that photo, they're going to text it or they're going to email it to themselves. And those emails, when they're captured with the right photo booth company with the right software, those are leads. Those are qualified leads that you have a photo attached to. So, not only can you reach out to them, but you can remember what their face looks like. And when you remember their face looks like, maybe it'll be a little bit easier to remember some of the things that you talked about, right? When we have data, when we have photos, when we have information to be able to follow up, it is a powerful, powerful tool, a great one to punch. So, again, when you start to plan any kind of activation and you're planning on leveraging a photo booth inside of it for real estate, right? Make sure it's a great experience. Make sure it's a cool photo with something compelling in the background. Make sure you're capturing leads. Make sure that the messaging and the email and the text is just so, so that way the people that are taking photos, they know how to share it. They know who to tag. It's a huge opportunity and it will work for you over and over and over again, because it's not a trick that you're going to be showing to the same people. Time it again, right? Each time these are new people, you know, like your customers most likely aren't buying homes every three months, which means that you can rinse and repeat. This is a strategy that you can work on. You can figure out how to deploy it in a big way for your customers, for your buyers, for your partners, all the way through the ecosystem. Really, if you start to think about this, you're going to get excited because once you start to kind of grapple with this idea, all of a sudden you'll see a myriad ways. You know, like I'm not a real estate agent. So there are things that are going to come to mind once you start working with deploying photos inside of your real estate efforts that are even bigger game changers, but you won't get there until you start scratching at it. So get into it. I hope you guys like this. This is one of the first kind of like blog to vlog to podcasts that we're doing. So hopefully it was worth it.
